Which type of crusher is good for pebbles?

Pebbles have a strong texture and a Mohs hardness of 5-7, belonging to hard rock. Jaw crusher

Cone crusher

The structure is simplified and easy to protect and adjust, with low secondary investment costs. The hydraulic motor adjusts the discharge port and is easy to operate. In addition, the crushing wall, rolling mill wall, lining plate and other vulnerable parts are all made of manganese steel, which solves the problem of high operating costs in the later stage and increases the service life.


Impact crusher


Mainly used for fine crushing and sand making, it has a shaping effect. The finished product is relatively fine, mostly polygonal and with good particle size. It is improved through deep cavity impeller planning and crushing chamber collision viewpoint, with increased throughput, central and peripheral feeding, and sensitive adjustment. A combined throwing head is also selected, which only requires replacement of worn parts. The peripheral guard plate can be turned up and down to reduce operating costs. The hydraulic cover opening device is convenient for maintenance and protection.
