Working Principle
The material is first crushed to the required size by a jaw crusher. The crushed material is lifted to the storage hopper. Through the electromagnetic vibrating feeder, the material is evenly and continuously fed from the storage hopper into the main grinding chamber. The material is rolled and crushed by the grinding roller in the grinding chamber. The grinding roller swings outward due to the centrifugal force generated by the rotation and presses against the grinding ring. The scraper sends the material to the grinding roller and the grinding ring for crushing. After the material is ground, the blower blows air into the main casing to blow up the powder. The analyzer sorts the powder, and the material with too coarse fineness falls into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. The powder with the fineness that meets the specifications enters the cyclone collector with the wind flow, and is discharged through the powder outlet after being collected, which is the finished product. The wind flow returns to the fan from the return air duct at the upper end of the large cyclone collector. The wind path is circulated and flows under negative pressure. The increased air volume of the circulating wind path is discharged through the exhaust gas duct between the fan and the main machine, enters the small cyclone collector, and is discharged into the atmosphere after purification.
