The ball mill is a key equipment for crushing materials and then grinding them. The ball mill is used for dry or wet grinding of various ores and other materials. The MQ series ball mill is a structural optimization of our company's traditional ball mill technology, which uses high-end rolling bearing support instead of traditional Babbitt alloy tile shaft support. It has low operating resistance, energy saving of 10-20%, and increased production capacity by more than 20%. Lubrication uses dry oil lubrication instead of the original thin oil lubrication, saving more than 70% of fuel consumption annually. Large grinding machines also do not need to be equipped with high and low pressure lubrication stations, reducing equipment investment costs.

Working Principle

This machine is a horizontal cylindrical rotating device, with external gear transmission, two compartments, and a grid type ball mill. The material is fed into the first bin of the mill through the feeding device via the hollow shaft in a spiral and uniform manner. The bin is equipped with stepped or corrugated liners and contains steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and causes them to fall, resulting in heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition plate. The warehouse is lined with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls for further grinding of the material. Powdered material is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation
