Working Principle

Its working principle is as follows: 0-40mm raw materials are fed into a vertical impact crusher through a hoist, and after high-frequency stone crushing and grinding, they enter a linear vibrating screen. The qualified materials after screening are mixed and wetted by a humidifying mixer before being transported to the finished product warehouse. The oversized materials are returned to the vertical impact crusher for further processing. At the same time, the entire production process is ensured by a dust removal and powder selection system to control the negative pressure production and powder content in the finished sand. After treatment in the DY1030 sand making building, the finished sand with reasonable grading, round particle size, and controllable powder content, as well as high value-added stone powder that is dry, clean, and can be uniformly recycled and reused, are produced.
