1、 Laminated crushing

Crushing occurs between materials, extending the lifespan of the lining plate. The particle size of the discharge is more uniform, and the discharge is cubic, which is conducive to sand making operations in construction.

Working Principle

During operation, the motor drives the small gear of the crusher, which in turn drives the large gear. The large gear assembly (including the large gear, large gear frame, and eccentric steel sleeve) drives the eccentric sleeve assembly (including the eccentric cylinder liner and eccentric copper sleeve) and the main shaft assembly (including the main shaft, inner cone, and inner cone liner) to revolve around the theoretical vertical line within the copper sleeve, while the main shaft assembly rotates around the centerline of the main shaft within the eccentric copper sleeve.
During idle operation, the eccentric sleeve component "holds" the main shaft component and revolves along with the large gear. After the material is added to the crushing chamber, the main shaft assembly (main shaft, inner cone) slowly rotates inside the eccentric copper sleeve under the resistance of the material. The motion trajectory of the inner cone appears to oscillate back and forth within the crushing chamber, while slowly rotating at the same time. The material is crushed by the swinging and squeezing of the inner cone.

The connection between the support sleeve and the frame is compressed by a hydraulic cylinder. When there are metal blocks or other objects that cannot be broken inside the crusher, the single cylinder moving cone will be lifted by the bottom hydraulic piston, which plays a role in adjusting the discharge port, protecting against iron overload, and repeatedly lifting and lowering to eliminate ore blockage
